What would cause MAP Sensor to read voltage too high Code P0108 & Engine is cold too long Code P1281

I replaced the IAC, new Plugs, new wires, new Cap & Rotor, & new MAP Sensor

Measure the voltages on the three MAP sensor wires while the engine is running. You should find a 5.0 volt feed wire, 0.2 volts on the ground wire, and roughly 1.0 to 2.0 volts on the signal wire. If the signal wire is high, look for a vacuum leak that can affect the sensor's reading.

Code 1281 can be ignored. That means the engine hasn't reached a certain temperature within six minutes of starting. Every Chrysler product has that code in winter. It will not turn on the Check Engine light.
