Chrysler Cirrus Engine Problem
1998 Cirrus;
Engine floods after starting. Fuel rail pressure @ 48 PSI. Plenty of spark. If you clean the plugs reinstall car starts then immediately floods out. Checked compression, all cylinders OK. No diagnostic codes, even checked with a scanner. The odd thing is when engine has been shut off. The starter relay, egr solenoid valve & TPS continue to make noise. Unitl you unhook the main electrical disconnect wire or unhook the battery. As soon as this is done the EGR,TPS & Starter relay solenoid stay off. ANY IDEAS?? Thanks, Tom Davis

what engine? pressure seems ok but injectors could be the problem. check resistance of injectors if above 12ohms they aren't any good. scan for codes.
