Chrysler Cirrus Radiator Problem

P1487 Hi Speed Radiator Fan CTRL Relay Circuit
P1495Leak Detection Pump Solenoid Circuit
P1498 Hi Speed Radiator Fan Ground CTRL Relay Circuit
These codes shouldn't cause it to not start. They may cause an overheating issue. Have you checked fuel pressure, are you getting a good blue snapping spark...?
