1998 Chevrolet Tahoe will not start or turn over even with boost.

My 1998 Chevrolet Tahoe was running fine in the evening. The next morning I went to start the vehicle and it would not turn over. I am getting a single click, when I turn the key, from the starter and my headlights go out. I get all of my power options, such as windows locks lights and stereo. I am wondering if that is a problem with the starter or if I should check something else.
