Chevrolet Silverado Door Problem
I bought a 1997 chevy silverado the vin # says its a 1998 but door says its a 97, it already had a clifford matrix 50.5x alarm/remote starter installed. It was running fine then after awhile got to where it was hard to start so I had to mess with the selenoid to get it started . I changed out the selenoid and now it will turn over and start but dies a few seconds after.

check fuel pressure first.
what is the production date on the door??
