I went to start me 98 chevy prizm and it started hard and died right away. I tried it a few more times. now the head lights and cooling fan run all the time, key in or out, on or off. It starts hard and wont run for more than a minute. We thought that it sounded like ignition switch going bad but I took the switch out and the lights and fan still run when I hook the battery back up. I'm not sure where to look next
