1998 Chevrolet Monte Carlo over heating

Changed water pump and thermostat. Still over heating and heater not producing heat and radiator not holding fluid's and reservoir not going down. And steaming up by. Drivers side and makes whistling sounds.

You need to track down the leak. Also, check for coolant in your oil? If your engine can't pull a vacuum, cooling system, it can't pull coolant from reservoir. Your intake manifold gasket seems to be a common problem for coolant leak.

How hot does the engine get in degrees F? Also, with the parts you replaced, maybe air in the system?
