My lumina will turn over but wont start. It appears to not be getting fuel. When I turn the key on I hear a slight ticking sound under the hood but don't know whether that noise could be coming from the fuel pump. The noise is not constant, as there is no apparent pattern to the sound. I would like to know if this might be a fuel filter or fuel pump problem and where they are located in the car? If you think there are other things it may be please advise and tell me how to check for them.
