1998 chevy cavalier brake problem

Hi i have a 1998 chev cavalier th e back brake lock and skid i have had brakes, master cylinder and shoes put on , have also removed the abs plugs but i stii have the same problem.

A rear brake will lock up easily if the parking brake cable is stuck partially applied. Look where the cable comes out of the casing just in front of the wheel to see if the first half inch or so is shiny indicating it is pulled out a little. If it is, flex the casing. Spring pressure may pull the cable to the retracted position.

make sure the brakes are adjusted properly.if the star adjuster is the tight can cause this.
