1998 gmc safari van wont start unles relay is removed and replaced with tin foil on tips

Fuse or relay? "tin foil" might have your vehicle, becoming a "crispy critter"!

If your fuse keeps blowing It is working it is doing its job protecting the circuit from overheat/ possible fire!

Insure the fuse is the proper size/amperage, many times it is written over the fuse, in the box. Other than that, you will need to track down the "short" or "overload", in the system.

Now, you said "Relay"? Is it a relay or a fuse, you are discussing in your question? (still, tin foil, is bad, in either case).
