Where is the I/P brace Bolt to attempt to remove the heater core?

I am trying to locate the I/P brace bolt to attempt to get the heater core out. Also I was told that I might have to take the dash completely out to get to the heater core. What do I really need to do?

This calls for removal of dash panel assembly and steering column, it shows 5.4 hours labor to do the job.
