1998 Buick Lesabre Repair Question

Buick Lesabre Sensor Problem
Install a new starter sensor and now im getting a code P0371 and P0372 the original problem began after having new spark plugs and spark plug wires installed and the car started stalling while stopped at traffic lights after the starter sensor it no longer stalls however im getting the 2 error codes

DTC P0371 IC 24X Reference CKT Too Many Pulses
DTC P0372 IC 24X Reference Circuit Missing Pulses
Check the Optical Sensor
