1998 Buick Century Repair Question

Buick Century Harmonic balancer Problem
3 of 4 bolts came out of my harmonic balancer on the main crank which caused it to move out about an inch making my serpintene belt not in line. Can I replace the bolts and tighten to correct this or is it going to be a difficult fix?
