I have a 98 audi quatro, just today we ran into a problem, the ignition swith is now hard to turn, and when this happens the horn, lights or turn signals wont work

Check and test the ignition switch and also inspect the cylinder lock

Don'tknow what I donated to but I have an issue with the ignition switch as well when I push the key in totally I will have windows that work when I don't I won't have any use of windows. Also there is a mysterious beeping when I drive the car any suggestions? My audi is a 1994 audi 100 quattro wagon thanks
