What is the code descripition for P1399 '98 Acura TL 2.5?
Given this code @ autozone. RPM gauges mark low whenever Im at a stop.

A po1399 is referencing a misfire on all cylinders. NOTE: It could be tied with the traction control if you have that option.

NOTE: The low RPM could be the result of a misfiring cylinder.
