I keep getting this intermittent P0740 and P0700 CEL I know what it is but im unsure of what is causing it I beleive it might be the solenoid but I dont know what the specified values are or if im supposed to check resistance on both of the male pins doing it this way it is 33.4 ohms. Or one lead to the pin the other to ground that way its 14.6 ohms on each male pin. Can anyone give me any advice?

NOTE:
DO NOT perform this DTC test until all other DTC have been repaired first.
1.
Using scan tool, check for any other DTC. If any other DTC exist, repair those DTC first, then recheck for DTC P0740. If no other DTC exist, go to next step.
Test line pressure. See HYDRAULIC PRESSURE TEST under TESTING in ACURA S4XA OVERHAUL article. If clutch pressure is within specification, go to next step. If line pressure is
not within specification, repair hydraulic system as necessary. See HYDRAULIC PRESSURE TROUBLE SHOOTING table under HYDRAULIC PRESSURE TEST in ACURA S4XA
OVERHAUL article.

Replace lock-up control solenoid valve assembly. See LOCK
VALVES under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Turn ignition off and clear codes. See
CLEARING FAULT CODES. Road test vehicle at speed greater than 55 MPH for more than one minute. Recheck DTC. If P0740 resets, go to next step. If P0740 does not reset, system is
okay.
