Boggy engine,does it need tune up or oil change
1998 acura el 1.6 only 178000 kms.you step on the fuel to go and engine seems boggy.would a tune up and oil change fix the problem or is it more serious?I 'd like to buy the car but don't want to have to spend big bucks to fix it
