What does the red light at the top of the coolant temperature gauge mean when lit
Coolant temp. showing normal reading on gauge but red light came on at the top of the needle scale

does it happen all the time? i would think it's an extra eye catcher for overtemp. but if car is not overheat then maybe faulty gauge?
