i changed the cluth its a new one it is installed already but the pedal doesnt return back up it stays down when you push it

Mount retaining strap A above dust boot
Connect clutch cable to clutch pedal
Pull cable end piece in direction of arrow and hold in place
Move adjusting mechanism back and forth several times until it can be pressed together in direction of bulkhead
Route the cable end piece through on transmission.
Hook cable into wire retainers
Install over-center spring
Depress the clutch pedal fully a minimum of 5 times

I know this is an old post, but in case someone else is reading
this... sounds like your throw-out bearing "release lever" is broken.
It is located behind the round end plate of the transmission.
The lever cracks with age, which causes the clutch pedal to stay
on the floor when the pedal is pressed.
