Hi there im having problems with my car heaters , they only blow when the engine is off when i start the car they go back off, fuses are fine, just had a new alternator fitted if i take fan belt of then start car everything works fine but when i connect fan belt and start car they gooff again , also at the same time that happened when my alarm goes off the lights flash but theres no sound. any help would be appreciated
