Low engine temperature
I have a Toyota Hiace Hiclass 2.4 liter TD 97 model. The temp. gauge hardly creeps up during driving. Is there any other probable cause than a faulty thermostat?

Check and test the coolant temperature sensor and thermostat-could be the gauge itself
