When headlights are turned on low beam, a squeak sound occurs, seems to be coming from nearby main drive belt. Same squeak sound occurs if other electrics activated (electric windows, rear demister etc). When headlights are changed from low to high beam, sound changes from squeak to rattle, couldn't detect source of rattle noise.

Would be appreciated if you could assist with diagnosis of problem.

I assume this is happening while the vehicle is standing still. If so, sprinkle a little water on the smooth backside of the serpentine belt while the noise is occurring. If the noise changes, the tensioner pulley isn't holding enough tension on the belt, or one of the pulleys is tipped or turned. A tipped pulley is usually caused by a worn bearing, most commonly on one of the idler pulleys, and will cause the belt to slide across that pulley or the one right after it, as it goes around it.
