Adjustments are fine as you suggest on my first question but since it is an EFI and it has a throttle valve sensor and a idle valve sensor and what can I do to find out if one of this sensors is faulty.

Scan for codes first. Then try cleaning throttle plate on both sides and iac hole with choke cleaner

I want to find out information about the efi scanning devices if there is a training available at your end about how to use those devices and should there be any training I will love to be enrolled.

For that type of stuff you can get a cheap one for around $200 at an autoparts store and they will read engine and transmission codes, but there is more to a scanner than just using it. So you need full blown training on engine performance with fuel injections so best to check out a community college. The scanner with autoparts will have abook with them so you can read how they work. Unfortunately they are just basic however and won't do much other than that.
