Toyota Camry Engine Problem
I washed my engine with pressue washer and engine degreaser no i cant rev more than 3000rpm. My check engine light is on and obd scanner came out with and P0171 (bank 1system too lean) and P0300 (random misfire)

you have soaked the coils and wires from the wash.
let it idle to burn off the water.
the light may go out on its own
