When the ignition key is turned on, the engine does not fire immediately and when it actually starts, the vehicle vibrates with thick smoke coming out. Once the engine is running, the vehicle does not vibrate anymore; only at startup.

Running too rich-could be a leaky injector or fuel pressure regulator-also check the coolant temperature and oxygen sensors-
