Subaru Outback Problem
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CLEAR TO CLEAR A CODE WITHOUT IT SHOWING UP ON A DIAGNOSTIC ?

a pending code , yes. why would you?? clearing it does nothing fore the issue. what was the code??

I live in Canada emission test are done on a diagnostic so I can clear the code but it will show up on there system and if any codes have been cleared within 30 days of the test you will fail.

My car is a winter beater it farts out codes left ,right and center but all I am trying to do is beat the computer, I don't like trying to play the system but right now there is a 73% failure rate for this new emission control so all I am looking to do get rid of any code with out it showing up. Thx

codes will not go away without fixing the issue.
there is no way to beat the computer
