Driving my car to work and heard a belt squealing I looked at gages and it was overheated I took it out of gear and pulled over put the hood up to let it cool down. I then checked if any hoses were popped off no leaks the car cooled down so I started it ran fine except the water pump was making a noise so I drove it home did not overheat on the way. I had a guy that was going to fix it I got a new water pump and timing belt I drove it in to town about 12 miles no problems or overheating dropped it off then the guy is telling me he got the water pump on and timing on but wont start and no compression in driver side valves and wont start what could be the problem?

Good evening my name is Roy and I will assist

the man who installed the timing belt did not set it up correctly. The timing marks must be off not allowing compression from the wrong timing. He needs to remove the front cover again and re set the timing. Thats on him.
