Occasionally lurches forward when I accelerate?
Occasionally lurches forward when I accelerate? And when I turn all the way to the left, I hear a rattling sound sort of where my front driver's side tire is.

i would have the motor checked. it sounds like you have a hesitation either from low fuel pressure or a possible bad mass air flow.
the noise is most likely a failed cv joint. get it confirmed and have the axle replaced.
