What is the little electric thing on the motor. It has 2 screw and you loosen them to adjust or turn and the idle tune changes. My forester is missing and I've put the pointed plugs in and still misfires. I turned that thing and is better now, but i'm sure it is not suppose to be turned or tuned. I just need the name of it and if replacing it, would make a difference.
