1997 Saturn SL2 Repair Question

Oil pan removal
I hope I can get an answer from this other than someone just doing a copy and paste of the removal instructions. I have EVERYTHING removed minus the two bolts that lie under the bottom pulley. I have loosened both bolts but there is clearly no way of removing them without removing the pulley. should I go ahead and take this step or will it cause timing problems with the engine?

I assume you mean the front crank pulley.
yes, you can remove it without messing up the timing. it is just the pulley, not the timing gear.
Saturn9 should be on soon who is great at these and can confirm this.
