No fluid coming out of Bleeder screw.

I replaced front and back rotors and brake pads, I used a C clamp to push the front calipers back in. And i had to twist the rear ones back in. I had no pedel after pumping several times, So when i tried to bleed them (started with the rear) No fluid came out of the bleeder screw, I tried for atleast 30 minutes, and i barely seen a bubble coming out.
