Occasionally, car will not start. Interior dome light will make noise as though flashers are on (turning the dome light switch off didn't help). While this is happening, I turn the key and there is nothing. Once the dome light quits ticking like flashers, car will start--no problem. This has happened twice over the last three months. The latest time, I turned the flasher button on and off; when I did that, the dome light quit ticking (coincidence?); about fifteen minutes later, I was able to start the car. So, what's going on?
