If I receve electric shock from my plugs wires, and there new, is it because im holding my coil in my hand, cylinder type, and its not ground to my car body or its cause my plugs wires are cheap or my coil is done

You need to stop grabbing the plug wires while the engine is running. And if your engine is running fine, then your ignition system is fine.

If your plug wires are new, then there's nothing wrong with them. Just make sure you installed the dielectic grease that comes with the wires. Install the grease around each plug (insulator) and slide the wires back on.

The coil on your car produces anywhere from 35-50 thousand volts and you WILL get shocked if you grab the wires while the engine is running.
