Why is my car shutting off when I'm driving down the road?
I have a 1997 Saab 900SE - Auto - Turbo. Sometimes I have an issue starting it (mainly at night, with cooler temps). But lately I've been driving down the road and the car will shut off, dash lights and everything. I can pop it in neutral, and within one to two turns of the key, the car will crank back up, I then pop it into drive and keep going. Any clue what is causing this, and what it's going to cost me to fix?

you need to find out what is causing it first. it could be spark and that could be the cap, coils or module. if it is fuel, then it may be the pump seizing.
