Try starting fluid or gas in the throttle body under the air filter pour or spray in there to see if it starts. If it starts its a fuel issue if not it spark or injecters. Buy a cheap test light and check for spark on wires also check the enjecters for for pulse with. When you touch the test light to the injecter harness the light will flash as you turn the motor over.

If it runs when you spray it your problem is a fuel issue not the motor. Did you check the fuel pump fuse? You need a test light to test voltages check the fuse on both sides if good. Go to the harness at the fuel tank and check for voltage to the pump. You cant have any fuel pressure if you spray it and it runs. Stop chasing your tail and consintrate on the fuel pump.
