Ihave a 1997 sunfire my scantool is saying my injector circuit is bad what is that?

It consists of your injectors and wires going to them.

Yes, it could be a bad injector.
If the car will run, I would suggest a load balance test to find the bad cylinder.

Unplug the electrical connector and use a multimeter to check the ohms for a open or a short.

Probably a rubber bushing has rotten away, letting metal hit metal making your noise. A visual inspection would be the place to start.
