Took her out on Sunday, she ran fine. Parked her in the driveway, it rained like heck. Took her to the grocery store yesterday, stalled 4 times, the store is less than 10 minutes away. The check engine light was on, the check battery light was on, ran like she lost a cyclinder or a wire was loose and the fuel smelt horrible. Is it possible that a worn serpentine belt could cause this?

If the cel is on, have the trouble codes, checked. Some of the national brand autostores used to check codes for free. How long since a tune-up?

Do a cylinder balance test, see if you have a dead cylinder then check fuel--spark-- compression. You kill the cylinders, one at a time, while you note the rpms. If no effect on rpms, the cylinder is dead.
