Hello, I have a question, as I would like to make a custom build out of my current car, I know about engine swaps in Pontiac Fieros, needing a "Toronado" Transmission when swapping to V8's, but I have an idea but yet need an opinion on this. Could I In truth, turn my frame around or change it in some way that would allow me to put in a 5.3 V8 mid or Rear engine RWD? I know it might sound crazy but it would be near perfect weight distribution, I know i will need to take out the rear seat, i do not care about that, all I want is my own unique car. So what do you guys think? Can It Be Done?, and If so, what do I need to do to get the same effect as you would in a fiero for the shifter and such?
