I'd charge 100 bucks for diagnostics, around 100 plus for the labor. About 174 bucks for a new pump, not including tax. You would need new filter also. If you could get done for less than 500, I'd be surprised. Just make sure the pump is the problem and not something else. Different shops charge different labor rates.
