Rpm needle jumps while driving,car shuts off when making a full stop. 1999 Plymouth Grand Voyager SE

Check for vacuum leaks, check idle air control valve, and if the check engine light is on, have the computer scanned to see if there are any trouble codes stored. Most parts stores will do it free for you.
