1997 Plymouth Voyager Repair Question

How to jump compressor to start clutch when low on gas 1997 voyager 3.3 v-6
was able to only put in 1.75 lbs of r134 and pressure got to high to add rest takes about 2.3 lbs had on evac machine at shop he could not add anymore afraid of high pressure max.
i thought if compressor off macine had enough pressure to fill completely. filled on high side
comressor never came on
4.5 ohms on compressor
how to jump to start compressor. my understanding is this model {does not} have a low pressure switch just high pressure

The compressor shut down for a reason, probably preventing an explosion. This is not something that you should be attempting by yourself. This requires extensive knowledge and equipment and your system obviously still has a problem that has to be diagnosed. All you can do is hurt yourself or do severe damage to you system.
