1997 Oldsmobile Cutlass no start

I checked power starter battery good fuses good. I had power to neutral switch and so I temporary bypass neutral safety switch see if starts. Now it starts and stalls right away only does this in cold weather. Could be a bad ground or a bad ignition switch.

Clean throttle plate with choke cleaner on both sides and iac hole. And check fuelpressure with a gauge auto parts rent them. Clean battery terminal ends and ground on engine.
