97 Olds 88 Royale v6 3800. Dies when idleing or driving very slow. Try to restart and it runs rough for a few seconds and dies and power windows won't work. After a few minutes or so it will work normally again?

Check what he said first. It is good, check the idle air control valve and check for vacuum leaks that can cause the engine to die at idle.
