Nissan Maxima Engine Problem
THE CAR DRIVE FIND UNTIL THE MOTOR GETS HOT I DRIVE ONE WAY 32 MILE TO WORK BY THE TIME I GET HERE IT IS JUMPING BETWEEN 30 TO 40 MILE PER HOUR THEN AT THE RED LIGHT IT JUMP UNTIL I PUT IT IN PARK

Not sure what you are trying to describe and my guess is the engine is surging. This means a fault with the idle control system.
