My Nissan 200sx 1997 has been making a noise when I drive ever since I changed the breaks last week. It sound like my tire was rubbing or hitting something with each revolution. Last night we jacked it up and took the tire off to see if we could find what was making the noise. When we put the tire back on we noticed that even though the lug nuts were tight the tire was not snugly on and it would shake back and forth, as if the lug nuts were not tightened all the way.
