1997 Mitsubishi Pajero engine oil

Started to use engine oil, have had vehicle 4yrs, serviced regular, no oil leaks, no smoking, 3.5 V6 petrol, thank you, I have used 5w 40 oil, and always a new filter, never used engine oil before went from sevice to sevice with no problem, average about 5.000 miles a year.

The best way to find this is to add a small bottle of dark purple dye to the oil, drive the car a few days, then search with a black light, including at the tail pipe. The dye will show up as a bright yellow stain that you can follow back to the source.
