Noise from throttle body
I have a 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse, non-turbo with a 420A Motor. The throttle body makes noise most of the time when it's running. I heard that this is common in this generation Eclipse and that it doesn't hurt the car at all. However, it can be heard from idle even when sitting in the car with windows up. I'm not fond of the noise. It seems to quiet down after driving for a while. Is this a problem with the throttle body? Or does it just start to make this noise with age as everyone suggests? The car runs strong, with 115k on the motor.
