1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse Repair Question

No spark in my 1997 mitsubishi eclipse GS non-turbo
We just replaced my head, waterpump,radiator, spark plugs and wires, starter, knock sensor, all the belts and gaskets and got a new batery and it wont get any spark to start why?

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs,coil's resistances,distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it.
