Mercury Mystique Battery Problem

2 weeks ago my check engine light came on. Had the code read and it was a cylinder 3 misfire.

A few days later car wouldn't start. Had it towed in to the shop.
Had valve cover gasket replaced (oil caused the misfire). New spark plugs, spark plug wires and ignition coil installed. Also oil change done.

Car ran fine for almost a week. Until this morning. Engine cranks, but won't start.

Check Engine Light is Off. ABS Light is on (and has been for about a month).

Help please.

you need compression, fuel pressure and spark. check these and let us know what is missing.

make sure the connector for the coil is good and tight. common for breaking the locks and the plugs pulls out

Don't have the tools to test those, so having car towed in and see what's up.

Got a call from the shop. Seems the battery is low. Battery is the same one that was in there when I bought the car almost 3 years ago.

So they are charging it up and likely doing some tests.
