Brake master cylinder
I have a 1997 mercury grand marquis 4.6 automatic submodel GS. VIN# 2MELM74W7VX681757
I was told that the submodel GS master cylinder is the one with the traction rod.
Is it hard to take off of the brake pedal?
I was told that there are only 2 kinds for this model. With & without the traction rod.
Mine has wires attached to it.Is this true with bothe of them or only one of them?
Thank you for your help.
PS I have worked on master cylinders but only old school cars.
